We are replacing roofs on various property types with Marley roofing products whereby various tile types and slates are used to ensure that they are in keeping with the area we are working. As we move from area to area the specification to be used is agreed with Cheltenham Borough Homes.

To support the local economy all the Marley products are sourced through a local independent builders merchant Bence Roofing based in Cheltenham. We operate with a core team of six roofers with a Site Manager/TLO on site at all times. We engage with a local scaffold company who employ a core team of four. Both our core team and the scaffolder increase the resources when required depending on the type of property. In addition to the roofing works we have also been installing automatic air vents into the flats to meet the new building control regulations

The contractor’s team have managed the contract and liaised with the various stakeholders to deliver a good service and finished product with as little disruption as possible to residents. They put together risk assessments for us and adapted working practices to be able to work safely throughout the Covid 19 pandemic.
