We have been replacing roofs for many years in conjunction with EWI projects. Many of our projects are stand-alone roofing schemes.

We apply the whole gamut of finishes including render, brick slips, brick effect, dash, tiles or decorative rain-screen panels, depending on the technical and aesthetic requirements of a project.

Our expertise extends to rainscreen cladding to derive warm, dry spaces through attaching an outer skin of cladding to buildings, forming a double-layer. The outer layer is waterproof, and the inner layer provides thermal insulation.

We provide a one-stop-shop for the inspection, cleaning, maintenance and repairs to properties where EWI has been installed.

Several options are available, ranging from annual to 5 yearly inspections, with any remedial works identified and logged, issued for authorisation with details of the remedial works required.
