The properties were Roftons, a non-traditional constructed property. The properties are mix of bunglows, houses and flats. Our role was to remove the existing cladding on the property, ensure the structure was suitable to receive the new substate, complete any repairs to the structure and fit a new energy saving substrate to the property.

In collaboration with Wetherby- the system manufacturer and Curtin Consulting the structural engineers we removed the existing substrate and polystyrene cavity insulation. We completed repairs to the structure, insulated the cavity and installed an 50mm Rockwool board in the cavity. We applied an A1 non- combustible sheathing board and applied an insulated render system to the outside.

Installation of over 2000m2 of Wetherby insulation to 37 properties. The difference in aesthetics improvement in fire safety and the thermal improved make a considerable change to the properties. We also fitted new canopies over doorways.
