In line with Tai Tarians’ target of bringing all their social housing homes up to Welsh Housing Quality Standards, Joyner Group were instrumental in delivering a number of more energy efficient properties. The featured property had an Energy Rating of D and the aim was to achieve an energy rating A on the EPC.

Joyner Group installed several energy efficiency improvements to the property which included insulated floors, external wall insulation, solar PV and battery storage, positive input ventilation, loft insulation & insulated attic hatch, intelligent energy system along with a new kitchen and bathroom. We also ensured that the property met Welsh Housing Quality Standards and delivered other improvements to the exterior of the property such as garden landscaping, new paths to the perimeter of the property and new feather edge fencing to the boundaries.
